The first PIP book was IT’S ONLY ME. That is one of my favorite book titles. Remember as a child, and perhaps you were in the basement making noise, and your mom from the top of the stairs shouts down, “Who’s down there making so much noise?” And you would answer, “It’s only me”. And she knows who ME is. Sometimes when I answer the phone, with really close friends or family, I will still say, “It’s ME”. People laugh that I do this. ME is an interesting word.

How interesting! For me, wheneverbwe’re invited to a friend’s home, we are constantly seeing them say, I apologise it’s a little unorganised, or messy or what have you.. My response each and every single time is, it’s just me! I’m not the President, I’m not royalty, I’m just like most typical people. (for me personally, a lived in home is the happiest and less stressful home. I grew up in a home where dust, organisation, scratches, prints, and most especially absolutely nothing was allowed on the walls. Not with use of nails, picture hanger, adhesives, driveway had to be swept few times a week, et) so, I am thrilled when people come over and make themselves feel as if our home is theirs! Who cares if things get knocked over, et… It’s important to understand everyone has accidents! It’s just what makes us human. Smile… We can clean up but with laughter and make guest feel at complete ease. I couldn’t walk in a spotless home after the very rough childhood I had. Let loose, let guest feel right at home! For after all, it’s only me! Smile (just bought your interactive book!) it’ll be wonderful for our 2-year old to play with when we fly out to see everyone. Smile…. And yes, it’s only me!
